Description:

The Thai Village Cultural Show is just one of the attractions on offer at this 60 acre venue. 2012 marks the 40th anniversary of this award winning attraction.

What to see:

Display of crafts, ceremonies, military skills, elephant show and a large tropical garden.

The Cultural Show involves a cast of 150 performers in traditional costumes. The show covers a wide cross section of Thai culture including dances, ceremonies, rituals, sports and pastimes. Both educational and entertaining, this attraction will appeal to all age ranges.

The Craft Centre provides demonstrations and hands-on activities for children and adults. This is more than a tourist attraction - the centre has a mission to educate the public about traditional crafts and farming techniques. Programmes are on offer for parties of school children.

The Rose Garden covers an area of 40 acres and includes upwards of 20,000 rose bushes and countless orchids.

Address: Samhpran Riverside Resort, Pet Kasem Road, Samphran, Nakorn Pathom – 32km from Bangkok

By Bus: regular coach services from the Southern bus terminal in Thonburi.

By Taxi: 40 minute trip costing in the region of 1,000 Thai Baht ($33) each way.

Tour:

The tour starts at 12 noon with a pick up from your hotel. You will be returned to your hotel at 5.30pm. The tour includes all entrance fees and an English speaking guide. Click below to book.
